Which park is easier to get to?

Chitwan is much closer to Nepal's main tourist hubs.

Chitwan has a growing population of over 100 tigers. However, Bardia's remoteness often makes tiger sightings more frequent. If tigers are your main goal and you have time, consider Bardia.

What is the difference in infrastructure?

Chitwan has highly developed tourist facilities, while Bardia remains rugged.

Sauraha offers numerous hotels, restaurants, and tours. You can easily rent bicycles, visit riverside cafes, or book safaris on arrival. Bardia has fewer accommodation options and a less developed network.
